Mason jar soup. One jar I saved of the creamy tomato soup from a few weeks ago. Put back for a day just like today. Just pop the seal, heat and eat.

I’m grateful for a piping hot bowl of homemade butternut squash soup and root tea. So glad I froze the extra jars last month. Added dried red peppers from the garden, olive oil, avocado slices and sea salt. It only took 5 minutes to love myself with this healthy meal. Mason jar meals rock my world and I want to feed you too!
