I’m grateful for a piping hot bowl of homemade butternut squash soup and root tea. So glad I froze the extra jars last month. Added dried red peppers from the garden, olive oil, avocado slices and sea salt. It only took 5 minutes to love myself with this healthy meal. Mason jar meals rock my world and I want to feed you too!

The summer garden was planted late this year since we were moving in a new location- but veggies have finally been coming in the door to the kitchen. Cucumbers, kale, beans, green peppers, jalapeños…. And still crossing fingers for carrots and squash. #happygirl#urbangarden #healthyhealingkitchen
